We partner with families, schools, mental health professionals, and community organizations to ensure youth receive comprehensive support that prepares them for successful transitions into adulthood.

Dr. Decardra L Jackson, Owner & CEO
With nearly 30 years of experience in education and leadership, Dr. Decardra Jackson has built her career around one purpose, helping young people recognize their potential and create pathways to success.
Dr. Jackson founded Jax Pathways, LLC from her belief that every girl deserves a safe place to call home, caring adults who believe in her, and opportunities to grow into the confident young person they are capable of becoming. Her vision is to provide a nurturing, structured environment where girls feel safe, supported, valued, and empowered.
For Dr. Jackson, Jax Pathways is more than a residential program. It is a place where girls can heal, learn, build confidence, develop life skills, discover their strengths, and prepare for their future.
At the heart of her work is a commitment to meeting each girl where she is while helping her see where she can go.
